Arceus Labs

"By developers, for developers. Building real hardware, writing real firmware, sharing everything."

Who I Am

Hi, I'm Shantanu, and I love building things that actually work, especially when they involve microcontrollers, sensors, and the occasional questionable wiring decision. My interest in engineering started when I realized that making LEDs blink was just the beginning. Now I spend my time designing PCBs, writing firmware, and figuring out why my ESP32 won't connect to WiFi (it's always the antenna).

I believe the best way to learn is to build, break, fix, and document everything along the way. Whether it's a GPS navigation device or a smart home controller, I'm always chasing that moment when the code compiles and the hardware actually does what it's supposed to do.

Why Arceus Labs Exists

I created Arceus Labs because I wanted a space where side projects could live, breathe, and evolve into something others could learn from. Too many great ideas die in private repositories or forgotten breadboards. I wanted to change that.

Arceus Labs is built for developers who want to go beyond tutorials and actually ship hardware. It's a place where schematics are shared, firmware is open sourced, and documentation is written like someone else will actually read it (because they will). Every project here is designed to be forked, learned from, and improved upon.

This isn't about perfection, it's about iteration. It's about making mistakes in public, learning from them, and building something real. Whether you're designing your first PCB in KiCad or writing your tenth Arduino sketch, Arceus Labs is here to show that hardware development doesn't have to be gatekept. It should be collaborative, accessible, and a little bit fun.

So if you've ever wanted to build IoT devices, design custom PCBs, or just understand how things work at the hardware level, you're in the right place. Let's build something together.
